All members can “arrest” someone from either a site or a chat. What you do it fill out this form and post it where you think something is going on:
Dear (person’s name),
I have placed (subject’s name) under (what kinda [e.g. chat/site]) arrest. Please take immediate attention to this matter. This is what (he or she) has done:
(Add a full decription of what the subject did.)
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
-(your name), (rank in PDA) in Penguin Detective Agency
Privates and Assistants may not pull out these forms but leave a note to a higher rank to fill out a form. Heres an example:
Dear Gamemastor96,
I have placed Fishguitar11 under site arrest. Please take immediate attention to this matter. This is what he has done:
-Been too nerdy -Has been not helping others with homework.
Thank you for your time. Etc……
